Eurostar moves to CUSS
We convinced our long term customer, Eurostar, operating the high speed trains between London and Paris, of the advantages to replace its proprietary self-service solution with CUSS.
For this purpose, our CUSS platform will be integrated on IER’s current kiosk hardware, and the MATERNA standard check-in application will be modified, to enable Eurostar customers to pick up their booked tickets from the self-service kiosks. Additionally, the 15 Eurostar kiosks now offer the possibility of rebooking. The new services are planned to be available for Eurostar customers in summer this year.
